大学生左心室假腱索29例分析

An Analysis of the Checking Rate of LVFT among the University Students

目的:探讨大学生左心室假腱索检出率及临床意义,为早期防治心脏疾病提供科学依据。方法:心脏听诊受检者29158名,检出心脏≥Ⅲ级收缩期杂音73例,并以73例杂音做为基本入选条件,应用心脏B超及彩色多普勒显像对73例心脏杂音进行检查。结果:检出左心室假腱索29例。左心室假腱索人群检出率为0.99‰,心脏杂音假腱索检出率为39.73%,男女检出率无统计学意义(P>0.25)。结论:心脏杂音左心室假腱索检出率较高;左心室假腱索与心脏生理性杂音有关,应与器质性心脏疾病鉴别;与其他心脏疾病的关系有待于进一步探讨。

Objective：To inquire into the checking rate of LVFT among the university students so as to provide scientific basis for the early prevention and treatment of the heart disease and its clinical meaning. Methods： Apply stethoscopes to examine 29158 subjects, among which 73 cases have been checked out as systolic murmurs≥Ⅲ SM. Then apply Heart Brightness Mode and CDFI to further examine the above - mentioned 73 cases. Results ： Check 29 patients of LVFT. The checking rate of people for LVFT is 0.99%e and that of cardiac murmur LVFT is 39.73%. The checking rate for men and women is not meaningful for statistics（P 〉0.25）. Condusions ： （1） The checking rate of cardiac murmur LVFT is relatively high ; （2） LVFT is related to functional cardiac murmur and a distinction should made between functional cardiac murmur and problematic heart diseases; （3） As for the relationship between LVFT and other heart diseases, a further exploration and discussion is needed.
