肝肾综合征病人的整体护理

The Whole Nurse of HRS Patient

目的:延缓肝肾综合征(HRS)进一步发展,提高病人生存率。方法:护理人员配合医生对38例肝肾综合症病人的综合治疗:消除HRS的诱因、早期扩容、应用血管活性药物、腹穿放液及时补充白蛋白;实施整体护理。通过调整饮食、心理护理,指导病人掌握该病的发病原因、体征,早期发现病情变化,及时就诊。结果:延缓肝肾综合征进一步发展,避免并发症发生。结论:要求护士熟悉并掌握药物的用量、用法、适应症等,对病人做好出院后指导,使其掌握疾病保健知识,以防疾病复发。

Objective：To stave more progress of HRS and increase survival rate of patient. Methods：Paramedic cooperate doctor in order to treat HRS patient. Colligation therapy included eliminating inducement of HRS, early enlarging capacity, applying blood vessel remedy, discharging liquid by abdomen puncture and supplying albumin in time; actualizing the whole nurse. To instruct patient holding the pathogeny and signs of this disease by adjusting bite and sup, mental nurse and early discover the change of state of the illness and examine in time. Results ： To stave more progress of HRS and avoid syndrome. Conclusions ： The nurse should be familiar with and hold the dosage, usage, accommodating of medicine and make the patient hold the knowledge of health protection in order to prevent the disease from recrudescing by discharging guidance.
