高效液相色谱峰峰跟踪技术在分析中的应用
摘要
采用色谱峰峰跟踪技术可以预测色谱条件改变后出峰的可能位置,也可发现"隐藏"的谱峰(尤其是中药成分分析),从而避免峰的丢失特别是小峰,这种技术会给分析工作带来极大的方便。
