83例口腔颌面部静脉畸形的治疗体会

The treatment experience of 83 cases of venous malformation in the oromaxillo-facial region

目的总结平阳霉素+激素联合治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效。方法分析近6年来于我科门诊就诊的83例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者,共105个发病部位,均采用平阳霉素+激素联合治疗,随访其疗效。结果对本组病例分别进行了6个月～4年的随访,其中1年以上者63例(75.9%)。治愈92个部位(87.62%),基本治愈8例(7.62%),好转4例(3.81%),无效1例(0.95%)。其中1次注射治愈20个(21.74%),2～3次注射治愈56个(60.87%),注射4～5次治愈16个(17.39%)。结论平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形疗效确切,可避免激光冷冻和硬化剂注射后的组织坏死和瘢痕形成,保持了颌面部的正常形态,疗程短,不良反应及危险性很小。但是对于瘤体大的患者效果较差,还需配合手术治疗。

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of combining Pingyangmycin（PYM）and decaesadril to treat venous malformations.Methods To analyse 83 out-patients of venous malformation in the oromaxillo-facial region（105 invasion parts）,which were treated by PYM and decaesadril and followed up.Results In the follow-up period, 92 parts（87.62%）were cured fully;8 parts（7.62%）were cured partly;4 parts（3.81%）were improved;and 1 part（0.95%）failed.Conclusions Combining PYM and decaesadril is a effective way to treat venous malformations in the oromaxillo-facial region.
