摘要
分析我院药师临床查房情况,为临床药学的深入开展提供意见。对我院2006年1月至12月药师临床查房记录为分析对象,对药师临床查房情况进行分析。搞好药师查房工作,对临床药学深入开展、为患者提供安全、有效、合理、经济的药学服务,有着极其重要的意义。
To meet reference for improving the level of clinical pharmacy aaording to analyzing pharmacists in clinical.Analyze the records of pharmacists in clinical rounds founds from 2006.1 to 12 in Xinxiang Medical University.Carry out pharmacists in clinical rounds,it is important to improve the level of clincal pharmacy and meet the satety.Effectiveness,rational,economy pharmacentical care.
