屈光矫正者生命质量量表在中国的应用及评价

Application and evaluation of a quality of life scale for Chinese people with refractive correction

目的研制屈光矫正者生命质量量表(QIRC)中文版并评价其信度和效度。方法通过对原量表的翻译、回译和语言调试等形成中文版的QIRC,对58例屈光手术术前和47例术后患者进行生命质量测量,评价其信度和效度。结果该量表包括症状、视功能与身体机能、社会活动及精神心理4个模块,共20项指标。量表的各模块与自评满意程度的重测相关系数均在0.70以上,整个量表的重测信度为r=0.987;各模块内部一致性信度α为0.518～0.764;折半信度为R=0.695。采用因子分析法,共提取6个因子,累计方差贡献率为59.93%,基本证实了其结构效度;该量表能够区分术前和术后患者生命质量之间的差异。结论QIRC中文版具有较好的信度和效度,可用于临床屈光矫正者的生命质量评价。

Objective Quality of Life （QOL） has become an important medical assessment technology. The investigation outcome of QOL is impacted by different nation,race,culture and economy background. Present study was to develop and evaluate a scale of life quality of Chinese population with refractive correction by spectacles, contact lenses and undergoing refractive surgery. Methods An English Version of Quality of Life Impact of Refractive Correction （QIRC） Scale was translated, retranslated and culture adjusted into a Chinese Version of QIRC. The questionnaire included symptom, visual and physiological function,social activity,mental and psychology. The QOL of 58 people without refractive surgery and 47 patients after refractive surgery were investigated to evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese Version of QIRC. Results The scale consisted of 20 items covered four domains of QOL. The test-retest reliability of the scale was r = 0. 987 （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The Crunbach ＇ s alpha coefficient of four domains ranged from 0. 518 to 0. 764. The correlation coefficient of split-half method was 0. 695, Construct validity was appraised by factor analysis,and 6 factors were identified. These factors could explain 59.93% of the total variance. The responsibility was evaluated by t test with a significant difference （ t = 2. 995, P = 0. 003 ）. Conclusion The Chinese Version of QIRC has a satisfactory reliability and validity. It is suggested that the scale can be applied in clinical trails,
