摘要
以DMC48-Ⅱ型除尘器为原型,利用FLUENT软件分别对下进式以及中进式这两种不同进风方式的除尘器内部流场进行模拟,根据数值模拟的结果分别对这两种除尘器各自内部流场的特性进行了分析,并在此基础上对这两种除尘器进行比较,找出两者的优劣,进而对这两种进风方式的除尘器的实际应用及改进起到一定的指导作用。
Take the DMC48-Ⅱbag filter as prototype,make use ofthe FLUENT software to simulate the inside flow field of the bag filter with low entry and mid entry.Analyze the characteristic of the inside flow field of two kinds of bag filter based on the result of numerical simulation.On the basis,compared and find out the excellence or shortcoming of the two kinds of bag filter,then react on the reality applies and amelioration of the two kinds of bag filter.
