简要介绍了建筑节能的由来及目前我国关于节能降耗的方针政策,阐述了建筑节能在建设节约型社会中的重要性,分析了建筑能耗的环节要素,提出了建筑节能的有效途径。

The origin of building energy conservation is briefly introduced as well as policies about energy-saving and consumption-reduction in our country.The important roles of building energy conservation acted in building economized society are discussed.Based upon analysis of factors influencing building energy consumption effective measures are proposed for energy-efficiency design of building.
