摘要
通过对工程量清单招标,经评审最低价中标中存在的实际问题进行了分析,提出了实行经评审的最低价中标法应采取的措施并进行了详细的阐述,以不断完善和规范工程招投标行为,从而促进工程量清单招投标的发展。
Through the analysis of practical problems existed in project amount listing bidding after evaluation,it brings forward the measures of low price bidding after evaluation,so as to continuously improve and standardize the action of project bidding,and promote the development of project amount listing bidding.
