The following paper introduces several problems existed in the process of mechanical equipment management in current construction enterprise and their relevant solutions,in order to speed construction progress and increase working efficiency,strengthen market competitiveness of enterprise,which can offer a reference for construction enterprise to raising the level of mechanical equipment management.
