摘要
对项目改造建设前的状况进行了分析,从规划范围及面积、公园规划定位、规划目标等方面介绍了公园规划总体构想,并对其项目具体实施情况以及由此带来的社会、经济效益进行了探讨,从而论证了该项目以城市经营理念进行城市基础设施建设的正确性。
The following paper analyzes the condition of the project before reconstruction,introduces overall planning concept of park from planning range and area,park planning positioning and planning objective,and discusses its concrete implementation and social and economic benefits brought about by that,in order to show the validity of the project carrying out urban infrastructural construction with urban business ideas.
