摘要
采用直接反应合成法制备了不同TiC(p)含量(重量百分数)的2024/TiC(p)复合材料,测试了T4、T6两种状态下该材料的力学性能.结果表明:2024/TiC(p);复合材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、比强度、比刚度等力学性能,均比2024基体合金有较大幅度提高.
The 2024/TiC(P) composites with different weight fraction of TiC(p)have been prepared by direct reaction synthesis (DRS). The mechanical properties of thecomposites on T4 and T6 condition have been tested. The results have shown that theyield strength .ultimate tensile strength' modules .specific strength and specific stiffnessof the composites have been markedly increased over that of the matrix 2024 alloy.
