生意人群体是俄罗斯转向市场经济的积极要素,寡头是这一群体中最有影响的集团。为了建立健康的市场经济,国家必须打击寡头干预国家政治和扰乱市场秩序的行为,但同时应该改善经营和投资环境,保护一般生意人的经营积极性。这对俄罗斯国家整体和长远利益是有利的。

Businessmen are proactive elements in Russian transition to market economy, but oligopoly turns out to be the most influential group. To establish healthy market economy, the state must crack down on oligopoly behavior of interfering in state politics and disrupting market order while improving business and investment environment and protecting ordinary businessmen’s business enthusiasm. This will be conducive to the overall and long-range state interests of Russia.
