摘要
本文在自制的销/盘式干摩擦磨损试验机上,采用热电偶测量了不同工况条件、不同成分及组织含磷蠕墨铸铁/钢摩擦副中蠕墨铸铁的温度场,系统地研究了含磷蠕墨铸铁干摩擦表面温度的特性及影响因素。结果表明:含磷蠕墨铸铁的干摩擦温度场在摩擦过程中,有一个由不稳定态向稳定态变化的过程。摩擦表面温度及温度梯度的大小,取决于摩擦过程向干摩擦系统输入能量的多少与材料导热能力的大小。
By using thermocuples,the dry sliding temperature field of phosphorous compacted graphite cast irons with different compositions and microstructures are measured on self-made dry sliding testing apparatus.Based on the testing results,the behaviour of the surface layer temperature field of contained phosphorous compacted graphite cast irons and effective factors are systematically discussed. The experimental results show that the dry sliding surface layer temperature field have a changing process from unstable to stable state in the wear process.And the testing results also indicate that the real surface temperature and temperature gradient near the real surface are related to the heat energy transfered to the friction pairs and the heat conduction ability of the materials of the sliding pairs.
