摘要
本文对过饱和 ZA27Ce 合金自然时效过程中的阻尼性能进行较为详细的测定,同时利用 H—800透射电镜观察组织变化。初步探讨了 ZA27Ce 合金的组织与阻尼性能之间的关系。结果表明,在改善 ZA27Ce 合金阻尼性能方面,固溶处理加自然时效是最为有效的一种热处理制度,且有良好的力学性能匹配。
The damping property of the supersaturated ZA27Ce alloy during natural ageing was measured.H-800 TEM was mainly used to investigate the microstructure.The relationship between microstructure and damping was primarily studyed.The result showed that solution plus natural ageing was the best heat treatment which could improve the damping property and keep good mechanical properties of the ZA27Ce alloy.
