摘要 Mer是Axl受体酪氨酸激酶家族中的一员,其受体Gas6和Mer结合后可以激活Mer的酪氨酸激酶活性,并激活下游信号传导途径,在细胞炎症、凋亡、血液肿瘤发生发展以及血栓于止血等方面发挥作用。本文主要就近年来Mer的功能研究进展以及Mer的抗血栓和抗血液肿瘤潜在治疗前景进行综述。 Mer is one member of Axl receptor tyrosine kinase family, and its ligand Gas6 can stimulate activity of Mer receptor tyrosine kinase after binding it, and then activate the downstream signal transduction pathway, Mer participates in cell inflammation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, thrombosis and hemostasis. Rencet advances of study on Mer function were reviewed, and its potential prospects of antithrombosis and antitumor were discussed in this article.
