摘要
本文探讨了碳酸化法合成冰晶石的工艺条件,确定了影响氟硅酸钠纯碱分解率的主要因素,试验结果表明:NaF溶液的精制和〔6F-〕/〔Al〕、反应温度等对冰晶石性能有显著的影响。通过本课题优化工艺条件后研制的冰晶石样品较目前普遍采用的萤石法生产工艺相比物相纯度高、流动性好。
The paper discusses the process conditions of producing synthetic cryolite by carbonation method and the main factors affecting the yield rate of sodium fluosilicate. It shows that the purification of NaF solution, (6F) / (Al) and reaction temperature have a greatly influence on the performances of cryolite. The prepared cryolite sample made by the process is better than those by fluorite process in terms of purity and flowability.
