建立社会主义和谐社会需要政府管理模式创新,但目前我国政府管理模式并不完全适应这一要求,阻碍政府管理模式创新的根源是多方面的,既有观念、体制,也有公务员素质、政府组织的技术应用水平等。针对上述原因,采取措施,系统推进政府管理模式创新是我们必须完成的一项重要任务。

Constructing harmonious socialistic society needs the innovation of the government management mode. But at the same time, various problems are still existing which become the source of the conflicts between the actuality and the innovation of the government management mode. The problems contain many aspects just like variation of ideas,system ,quality of the civil servant and the technique application level of the government organization etc. Owing to above reasons, pushing forward the innovation mode research of the government management systematically is an important mission that we must complete.
