摘要 建立测定木瓜中齐墩果酸的薄层色谱-分光光度法的新方法,用薄层色谱分离杂质,优化了分析条件,讨论了影响测定的因素。该方法的线性回归方程为A=0.0062C+0.0761,r=0.9991,在10-100μg/m l范围内,线性关系良好。 A new method for determination of oleanolic acid in chinese quince by thin layer chromatography - spectrophotometry was established. The oleanolic acid in the sample were separated by thin layer chromatography. Analytical conditions were optimized and the effect factors on the determination were discussed. The linear regression equation was A = 0. 0062C + 0. 0761, with linear correlation coefficient of 0. 9991 . The linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the concentration of oleanolic acid in the rang of 10 - 100μg/mL
