川西高原伏旱标准的探讨

Discussion on Standard of Summer Dry in West Highland of Sichuan Province

本文就川西高原2006年伏旱的实际情况与国家、省及地方三个伏旱标准进行比较,结果显示:四川省所制定的标准与川西高原的实际干旱程度有一定差异。如果以当地1980年农业区划时期制定的干旱标准作为评定标准,与当前农业生产上实际发生的干旱情况进行对比,则比较适合,可操作性强。建议该区域今后要以此为标准来确定是否达到伏旱以及判定其严重程度。

This paper compared the parctical situation of summer dry in west highland of Sichuan Province and the arid index of national, Sichuan province and west Sichuan highland. The result showed that： The standard established by Sichuan province and the actual arid level of Sichuan province west highland have certain discrepancy. If compare with the local arid standard of this region（ the agricultural partition period of 1980 decade） and the arid condition on current agricultural production that reality occurs , suit fairly, operability is strong. Suggest this area to determine with this standard in the future whether reach to bend over dry as well as judge its serious level.
