Measles Antibody Level of the Healthy Population in Weinan City

目的了解渭南市健康人群麻疹抗体水平。方法在2005年5月12-14日期间，采取多阶段抽样方法，对合阳、韩城两县市的2-30岁健康人群中320名对象开展了麻疹抗体水平监测。结果合阳县和韩城市麻疹抗体阳性率分别为95．63％和98．12％；抗体滴度≥1：800的比例分别为90．63％和86．88％，两县市麻疹抗体水平经统计学处理差异无统计学意义。不同年龄组2-6、8-12、14-16、25-30岁，抗体阳性率分别为97．50％、97．14％、97．78％和95．00％。组间阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1．29，P〉0．05）。结论该市人群麻疹抗体阳性率达90％以上，但抗体滴度2-6和25-30岁组较低，应提高麻疹疫苗的接种率和接种技术水平。

[ Objective] To learn the measles antibody level of the healthy people in Weinan city. [ Methods ] 320 healthy people aged between 2 and 30 in Heyang County and Hancheng city chosen by random sampling were examined from may 12 to May 14 in 2005. [ Results] The positive rates of the measles antibody in Heyang County and Hancheng City were 98.13% and 95.88% respectively; the proportions of the antibody titer that was over 1：800 were 86.88 % and 90.63 % respectively; the measles antibody level of the two regions had no clear difference; the positive rates in different age groups （2～ 6, 8～12, 14 ～ 16 and 25～30） were 97.50%, 97.14%, 97.78% and 95.00% respectively, the difference was significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The positive rate of measles in this area is above 90% ; the antibody titer is low; measles vaccination rate and technology should be improved.
