龙岩市妇幼卫生年报与“两纲”评估情况

Annual Report of the Women and Children Health Care and "Two Outlines" Evaluation in Longyan City

目的通过年报资料及"两纲"评估情况分析,寻求制定行之有效的干预措施。方法对龙岩市2000—2005年妇幼卫生年报资料及"两纲"评估情况进行分析。结果婚前医学检查率严重下降,孕产妇死亡率问题日益突出,农村基层妇幼保健网络不健全,无市级妇幼保健机构。结论该市应建立健全妇幼保健网络及管理体系,早日开展政府补贴免费强制婚检工作,努力完成"两纲"目标。

[ Objective] To establish practical and effective intervention method through analyzing the annual report and ＂Two Outlines＂ evaluation. [ Methods] The data of annual report of women and children health care and the ＂Two Outlines＂ evaluation during 2000-2005 was analyzed. [ Results] The rate of medical checkup decreased significantly; the maternal mortality rate was get- ting more and more prominent; the women and children health care network was not sound. [ Conclusion ] Sound women and children health care network should be established; compulsory pre-marital physical examination should be enhanced by the government.
