摘要
埃博拉出血热是新现传染病,死亡率高,其病原体为埃博拉病毒,目前对其致病机制还未明了,而且还没有有效的疫苗预防。该文就埃博拉病毒糖蛋白的分子生物学特征、致病机制以及疫苗的研究进展作一综述。
Ebola hemorrhagic fever is a newly - emerged disease that causes high mortality. Its pathogen is the ebola virus, but the mechanism of pathogenicity for ebola virus is still unknown. No valid vaccine has been found for the prevention. This paper makes a summary of the molecular biological features, pathogenicity mechanism and vaccine of ebola virus glycoprotein.
