研究了水溶性壳聚糖、壳寡糖的吸湿性、保湿性能和其对铜绿假单胞菌、粪肠菌和肺炎克伯菌的抑菌作用。
The hygroscopicity , moisture retention and inhibition activities to three bacterial of water-soluble and oligo-glucosamine chitosan were studied in this paper.
