颈枕区融合术后患者围术期并发症的防治及护理

The Prevention and Cure and Attendance Strategy of the Perioperative Complications after Cervico-occipital Fusion

目的：总结颈枕区骨折患者围术期并发症，探索其防治护理策略。方法：回顾性分析1985年1月至2003年1月颈枕区融合318例患者，298例获得随访，随访1．5a-18a，平均6．8a。术后出现各种并发症43例。结果：颈枕区融合术可发生多种并发症，恰当的处理预后良好。结论：术中熟悉解剖、掌握技巧，围术期加强宣教是减少并发症的前提，选择正确内固定系统和术后妥善护理可减少并发症的发生。

Objective To summarize the perioperative complications after cervico-occipital fracture and to explore the prevention and cure and attendance strategy of the complications. Methods To analyze the information of 318 patients who were fused in cervico-occipital region from January 1985 to January 2003. In these patients 298 cases were follow-up visited from 18 months to 18 years with an average of 6 years and 8 months,of whom 43 cases with varied complications were reviewed. Results Varied complications may occur after cervico-occipital fusion and well prognosis is resulted in appropriate treatment. Conclusion The key points to reduce the complications are familiarity with dissection and operative skills. Appropriate internal fixation also can reduce the morbility of the complications.
