分段现浇桥梁的悬臂施工

摘要 悬臂施工适用于梁的上缘承受拉应力的桥梁形式。自20世纪60年代以来,已得到广泛的应用。文中从施工管理的角度论述了悬臂施工的方法,阐述了施工挂篮的构造,分析了平行桁架式挂篮、平弦无平衡重挂篮、弓弦式挂篮、菱形挂篮、滑动斜拉式挂篮、预应力斜拉式挂篮、自承式挂篮、三角型组合梁挂篮的特点,讨论了挂篮的行走方法设计,并对梁段混凝土的灌注施工方法和注意事项进行了探讨。 Cantilever construction is commonly used for the style of the pull stress in the top edge of the girder. Since 1960s, the technology has been widely used. It discusses the method of the cantilever construction on the management of the construction and expatiates on the structure of cradle construction. It also analyses the parallel style cradle, the flat chord and non-balance cradle style, the bowstring style, the rhombus style, the gliding tilted style, the stress tilted style, the self-bear style and the triangle style. At the same time, it also gives the design method of the cradle construction's way, the concrete construction method and the attention proceeding.
