摘要
通过对BRT各组成部分的特点和特性分析,研究了BRT设置和实施的基本条件。从哈尔滨市公共交通的现状出发,讨论了哈尔滨市设置快速公交专线的必要性和可行性,并对哈尔滨市开辟快速公交专线网络进行了研究。
It carries on the analysis of BRT, especially in its structure, implementation condition, the characteristics of its each constituent. According to the current situdtion of Harbin public traffic system, discussion is made on the necessity of establishing BRT, and analyzed the feasibility.
