摘要
西安市在城市建设快速发展进程中的交通问题十分严重,城市交通拥挤已经成为西安市面临的交通难题,而解决城市交通拥挤问题必须调控交通需求结构,调控城市交通方式结构、时间结构与线路结构,这也是实施城市交通与运输需求管理的有效途径。对西安市交通发展的现状进行了分析,并找准其中存在的主要问题,依据交通运输需求管理有关理论,提出了西安市实施城市运输需求管理的必要性及发展策略和建议。
The municipal transportation crowded problem already has become the biggest one faced with more and more cities. But solving the municipal transportation crowded problem needs to regulate the transportation demand structure, the municipal transportation way structure, the time structure and logical circuit structure, which is the effective way of implementing the municipal traffic and transportation demand management. Analysis is made on the Xi＇an transportation development present situation, the existed problems, the basis transportation demand management theory, the strategy and suggestion.
