Research on emergency plan for highway transportation accidental event in Heilongjiang province

近年来,由于国民经济的持续快速发展,交通行业已成为国民经济的重要支柱产业,各类突发事件和交通事故给社会带来极大危害。通过分析应急预案在整个救援体系中的作用,结合我国应急预案的特点,提出适合黑龙江省道路运输的应急预案。

Recently, since the national economy continues to develop fast, the transportation industry has become the national pillar industry, in which all kinds of accidental events bring the enormous harm to the society. Analysis is made on the neccesity of emergercy plan in the whole traffic system, and provided a proper one suited to Heilongjiang province.
