On Building Deep-Resource Society

资源是一个历史范畴,资源的开发利用是由浅入深不断推进的,不同的人类文明开发和使用的主导资源是不同的。目前,我国和全球资源匮乏日益严重。为了应对工业资源危机,人类必须开拓出比天然矿物资源更深层次的新资源。我国的现代化建设必须积极推进资源深层化,努力建设资源深层型社会。

Resource is a historical category.The exploitation and using to resource are continuously developed from surface to depth.Because of the difference of human civilization,the dominant resource is also different.Currently,the seven seas badly run short of resource.For the sake of coping with industrial resource-crisis,human beings must carve out a new kind of resource,which is much deeper than the natural mineral resource.In the course of modernization,we must actively advance the deepening of resource,and try to construct deep-resource society.
