我国的最低工资制度实行历史不长,其制度与标准远非完善。通过对我国最低工资制度特征的阐述,分析了我国现行最低工资制度实施的几个热点问题,对我国的最低工资制度改革与发展方向提出了建议。

The practical history of the minimum wage system is not for a long time in our country ,the system and level are far from consummate. This paper introduces the characteristics of the system , analyzes several hot topics in the process of the system＇ s implementation and give some advise about the development and reformation of our nation＇ s minimum wage system.
