摘要
结晶器是CSP生产线上的关键设备之一,其上线使用前的维修和调试是非常重要的一个环节。本文分析了影响结晶器维修质量的主要因素,对结晶器维修问题进行了充分的探讨。
The crystallizer is the key equipment in CSP line, and maintenance and debug of crystallizer are very important. The main factors which influence the quality of crystallizer maintenance were analyzed. The problems about crystallizer maintenance were discussed.
