目的探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂的临床特征和误诊原因。方法对1999-2006年国内医学术期刊报道的66例卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂进行统计、分析。结果卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂发生于育龄期妇女,多有痛经史,以突发下腹疼痛为主,伴恶心、呕吐及腹膜刺激征等,常易误诊疾病为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、异位妊娠、急性阑尾炎、黄体破裂。结论卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂具有一定的临床特征,加强对该病的认识可减少误诊的发生。

Conclusions Rupture of ovarian chocolate cyst has specific clinical features, To reinforce the cognition of the state of illness can reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
