摘要
目的探讨高龄食管贲门癌的围手术期治疗经验。方法对本院经过外科治疗的51例高龄食管贲门癌的围手术期的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组51例高龄食管贲门癌中,通过术前检查发现21例患有合并症(41.18%);48例手术切除(94.12%);8例术后出现并发症(15.69%);1例围手术期死亡(1.96%)。1年、3年、5年生存率分别为74.50%(38/51)、47.06%(24/51)、27.45%(14/51)。结论对于高龄食管贲门癌患者给予充分的术前准备及较为完善的术后管理,外科切除可取得较为满意的疗效。
Objective To discuss the experience in the perioperational treatment for the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma ot advanced age. Methods 51 cases in my hospital were analyzed retrospectively through the data of perioperational treatment of the esophageal and gastric cardiac carcinoma. Results In our group, 21 cases were found preoperative complications (41.18%) ;48 cases were reselected from the 51 cases (94.12%), 8 cases had postoperative complications ( 15.69% ) ,1 case was died in perioperation ( 1.96% ). The 1-year, 3-year and 5-year survival rate was 74.50% ( 38/51 ) ,47.06% ( 24/51 ), 27.45% ( 14/51 ) respectively. Conclusions Fully prepared before operation and better management after operation should be given to the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma of advanced age, and curative effects after surgical treatment were satisfactory.
