宫腔镜不同手术分类治疗子宫肌瘤疗效比较

Comparison of curative effect of different modes of hysteroscopic surgery

目的分析宫腔镜不同手术分类治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效差异,旨在探讨最佳的宫腔镜手术治疗方式。方法对我院124例行宫腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并按照肌瘤的切除程度进行分类,对各分类患者的预后进行对比。结果根据子宫肌瘤的切除程度将手术分为4类,结果表明Ⅰ类手术满意率达到97.06%,Ⅱ类手术满意率达到92.68%,Ⅲ类手术满意率达到68.42%,Ⅳ类手术满意率达90%。经Χ2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切除治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,Ⅰ类手术效果最好,Ⅲ类手术效果最差,表明术前对肌瘤手术切除程度的正确估计有助于对预后判断,提高手术治愈率。

Objective To investigate the best mode of hysteroscopic surgery by analysis of the difference in treatment effect. Motheds To review and analyze the data of 124 cases with hysteromyoma treated with hysteroscopic surgery and to classify 4 groups according to the removal extent of neoplasm＇s and to compare the prognosis of the 4 groups. Results The contentment rates were 97.06%, 92.68% , 68.42% and 90% for group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳrespectively. The difference in contentment rate was significant by x2 test （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of hysteroscopic surgery is positive, the effect of group Ⅰis the best, while group Ⅲis bad correspondingly. The resuhs show that preoperative accuracy in appraisal of the extent of hysteromyoma to be resected may help to predict the prognosis and improve the surgical cure rate.
