2型糖尿病患者血管病变与血清可溶性粘附分子间的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和血管细胞黏附分子-1水平的变化及其与血管病变的关系。方法73例2型糖尿病患者按照血管病变的情况分为无血管病变组(n=22)、微血管病变组(n=25)、大血管病变组(n=26),20例健康者作为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和血管细胞黏附分子-1水平,并测定糖脂代谢指标和血浆假性血友病因子水平。结果糖尿病各组血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和血管细胞黏附分子-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。无血管病变组、微血管病变组和大血管病变组血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1和血管细胞黏附分子-1水平均逐渐升高,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平与血浆假性血友病因子、三酰甘油、血压呈正相关(r=0.46、0.52和0.47,P<0.01),可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1水平也与血浆假性血友病因子、三酰甘油呈正相关(r=0.43和0.48,P<0.01)。结论细胞表面细胞间黏附分子-1和血管细胞黏附分子-1在糖尿病慢性血管病变的发生发展中起着重要作用,可作为2型糖尿病患者血管病变的预测和监测指标。
