摘要
在对烟台市水资源现状分析的基础上,从水资源量及其开发利用、区域发展和生态环境等三个方面选取了7类指标建立评价指标体系,并对烟台市所包括的13个县区的水资源支撑能力进行了分析和评价。综合分析评价结果得出结论:①烟台市的水资源和人口、经济、耕地以及生态环境等不协调,水资源对社会经济发展的支撑能力相对不足;②烟台的莱山区、开发区、龙口市、莱州市、招远市、长岛县6个区县的水资源和区域发展不相匹配,水资源不足将严重制约这些地区的社会经济发展;③烟台市水资源的支撑能力有一定的空间差异性,水资源与区域社会经济发展的匹配程度在地域分布上基本是从东南丘陵向西北平原由高到低过渡。因此,在未来的发展中应继续坚持科学的发展观,对水资源进行科学管理、合理开发和优化配置,以保障社会经济的可持续发展。
Based on the characteristics of the current water resources in Yantai city, the supporting capacity of water resources was analyzed and evaluated of thirteen individual districts in Yantai city using the indices system, which was founded with seven kinds of indices among three factors: amount and development of water resources, regional development and ecological environment. Analyzing the results generally, it is concluded that: OAs a whole, water resources of Yantai is inconsistent with population, economy, arable- land, ecological environment, and so on. So water resources supporting capacity is insufficient to regional development in Yantai. ①Water resources of six districts that are Laishan diStrict, development area, Longkou city, Laizhou, Zhaoyuan, Changdao are unmatched with regional development, which indicates that the water resources already restricted sustainable development of these districts. ③There is spatial difference in water resources supporting capacity in Yantai city, and its matched degree is reduced from southeast to northwest in Yantai. Therefore, scientific management, reasonable utilization and optimized configuration should be made to regional water resources for ensuring the sustainable development in Yantai city.
