铅对未成熟脑神经毒性机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 铅是具有神经毒性的重金属元素,未成熟的中枢神经系统比发育成熟脑对铅的神经毒性更为敏感。即使是低水平铅暴露,铅仍会通过血脑屏障,干扰星形胶质细胞的发育,扰乱神经信号的传导,损害脑的发育,影响脑的功能。
