A Talk of Appreciating Calligraphy

欣赏书法美在学习书法的过程中至关重要,但很多人在欣赏时只注重作品的平面的、外形解读,而忽视或说不重视作品的深层的、核心的意蕴,就欣赏书法美时应着重关注的几个问题进行了论述。

To appreciate the beauty of calligraphy is very important in the process of learning calligraphy. However, many people, in their appreciation of calligraphy, are inclined to pay attention to their interpretation of the planar and formal parts of a calligraphy work only, but fail to ignore or give inadequate attention to the deeper, nuclear connotations of a calligraphy work. The present thesis made a discussion of the crucial issues that need to be cared most in appreciating calligraphy.
