To construct a harmonious interpersonal relationship between college students, efforts should be made to establish a democratic, equal and direct communication mechanism, a peaceful and psychologically tolerant guiding mechanism, a united helpful mechanism, an honest, credible and just creditability mechanism and a fair, upright, equal and reasonable encouraging mechanism.
