摘要
文章介绍并分析了项目后评价的重要意义及项目后评价的一般方法,研究了株洲齿轮有限责任公司(文中简称株齿)重型螺伞齿技改项目后评价的模式和方法,指出了其中的创新之处,最后对该项目后评价的不足之处也进行了分析。
The article analyzed and introduced the significance of the post project appraises and it＇s general methods, then studied the pattern and the method of Zhuzhou Gear Co., Ltd. （this article called it Zhuzhou Gear briefly） heavy spiral bevel gear technological transformation post project appraises, and pointed out the places of the innovation. Finally the article analysed the deficiency of this post project apprises.
