大陆法系视角的企业绩效评价体系运行思考

Thinking operation of the judgment system of enterprise achievement from the angle of the continental law-system

世界上主要存在大陆法系和普通法系两种法系,两种法系具有不同的特点。我国实行的是大陆法系,大陆法系思维渗透于国有企业经营行为。文章认为,在探讨国有企业绩效评价体系过程中,不可忽视大陆法系特征所带来的影响痕迹,且重点关注运行中存在的不足及提出解决的办法更具有现实意义。

There are main two law-systems which are the continental law-system and the ordinary law-system in the world, and both laws have different characteristics. Our country has carried out the continental lawsystem whose thinking infiltrates into management behaviors of the state-owned enterprise. It cannot ignore the influence vestige by the characteristics of the continental law-system in the course of the discussion of the judgment system in the state-owned enterprise,and it is much more actual significance that we play major attention to existing deficiency in its implementation, as well as putting forward solution.
