摘要
我国高校教师聘任制从最初的蔡元培在北大的改革到2000年三部委联合下文以来,取得了一定成就,但是仍然存在一些问题。本文就高校教师聘任制存在的问题及推进策略进行了一些探讨。
In Chinese colleges, teacher＇s appointment system has got certain accomplishment after experiencing Cai Yuanpei＇s reformation in Peking University and three ministries and commissions unity in 2000 o However, the tactics are still not perfect, this article discusses the existing problems and puts forward the suggested solutions.
