The paper first analyses the meaning of teacher career ethics, then sets forth two externalizations： obligation ＆ conscience, and expounds three aspects about how to reinforce the construction of teacher career ethics： having political minds, dealing with its effects on market economy validly and emphasizes highly teacher career requirement.
