Moral cerebration about college students’ erpersonal interaction

大学时期,是一个人获得知识、培养能力的关键时期,建立良好的人际关系无疑对其成长起着重要作用。目前大学生在人际交往方面,暴露出一些不尽人意和令人担忧的地方。针对大学生的特点,对他们进行关于人际交往的思想道德和行为规范教育,重点应放在道德价值的导向和调节上,要在多样复杂的现实存在中去导向和调节。

It is the key period which people gaining knowledge and culturing abilities during college year, constructing a good erpersonal interaction definitely plays a very important role to their growth. There are some discontented and alarming problems revealed from college students＇ erpersonal interaction nowadays. We have to aim at their characteristics in erpaersonal interaction teaching which contains not only ideological and moral education but also behavioral norms. And we have to lay stress on guiding and adjusting their ethical value on the manifold and complex reality.
