摘要
本文主要从句子和篇章结构方面探讨了英汉对比法在大学英语写作教学中的运用。论文指出,通过英汉对比,可以帮助学生了解英汉思维方式的差异给行文带来的影响,从而在习作过程中自觉克服母语干扰,提高英语写作水平。
This paper analyzes the significance of contrastive studies in college English writing class from the aspects of syntactic features and discourse patterns. It points out that the contrastive analysis will increase Chinese students' awareness of the effects of different thought patterns on writing, thus help them overcome the negative transfer of mother tongue and compose idiomatic English writing.
