摘要
中小学校长凝聚力研究是一个新的研究领域,这一研究的展开需要解决一些诸如概念、本质及表现形式等基础性问题。校长凝聚力的基本涵义是校长因权力、领导方式和工作绩效对学校组织成员产生的吸引力和感召力,学校组织成员对校长的向心力和忠诚度。其本质是"学校组织成员对校长的接纳和认可",其主要表现形式是共同愿景和高效团队。
This study examines assumptions underlying the cohesion and power of head-teachers in high and primary schools which is considered a new area of academic study. Past research with this instrument has not addressed correctly the fundamental questions such as definition, conceptions, hypostasis and manifest features. Results indicated that school faculty's opinion significantly affected both perceived head-teachers power scores and perceived head-teachers cohesion scores. The ideal head-teachers leadership should be committed, sympathetic, confident, clear. But headteacher leadership is not enough on its own. The opportunities to network and to be engaged in cross-phase dialogue are valuable. It is important to consider how to make the most effective use of the time to have the greatest impact on the school teamwork.
