就业指导课应列入公共基础课,贯穿学生在校全过程;坚持双纲教学,理论教学以专题为主,精讲透析重点内容,强化实践教学环节,丰富第二课堂活动;设立教研机构,加强师资队伍建设,努力增强实效。

As an important component of employment guidance, the introduction of employment guidance course to the vocational college is absolutely indispensable. The employment guidance course aims at satisfying the needs of the survival and development for an education providing entity, of the employment system reform and the development of quality-oriented education, and of the construction of open higher education patterns. To reinforce the construction of the employment guidance course for junior college students, a full-fledged employment guidance system must be constructed.
