摘要
在建立多脉冲激光辐照ZF2玻璃物理模型的基础上,采用解析解的形式计算了高斯型连续激光照射圆柱形靶板的二维温度场以及相应的应力分布。分析了高斯光束作用时,环向热应力最大值及其作用时间的关系,指出三维时,"热扩散长度"的概念不再适合。通过数值分析给出了与特定参量相对应的拟合公式,并计算出相应的损伤阈值。对理论计算与实验结论进行了比较,验证了理论模型的合理性。
A physical mold of ZF2 glass irradiated by high-power laser is established. The distributions of temperature and stress profiles are studied by the use of a 3-D model of heat conduction by CW laser. The relationship mal diffusion length is not adapted to the 3-D model and the damage threshold of material is studied by the fitting curve of the material parameters. At last, study shows that the theoretical mold is in accord with experiment.
