以设计全帧CCD FTF4052的信号处理电路为例,在研究了CCD信号处理电路的原理基础上,根据设计实践经验,对设计中的关键问题进行了总结和分析,这些关键问题对各种CCD信号处理电路的设计都有参考意义。
Given an example of designing the signal processing circuit of full-frame CCD FTF4052, the crucial problems in designing process are summarized and analyzed according to the actual experiences. Those problems, which are based on the research in the principle of CCD signal processing circuit, are of great value in various kinds of CCD signal processing circuit.
